A new release of Kojo is out.
Highlights:
- Better file support – Kojo now supports the Open, Save, and Save As file options, which work in a manner that is similar to how they work in other applications. This makes it easier for kids to work with files, save their work to files, and organize their work within files and folders. Earlier versions of Kojo had very basic support for files – via the Load From and Save To actions.
- Kojo now runs on the Netbeans 7 Platform. This change allows Kojo to keep up with the latest enhancements to the core UI technology on which it is based. Earlier versions of Kojo were based on the Netbeans 6.8 Platform.
The new version of Kojo is available (as always) on the Kojo Download Page.
